PYTHAGORAS hosted its second workshop, “Numerical Tools and Advanced Digital Technologies for Industry and Academia,” on February 26, 2024. This hybrid event focused on leveraging state-of-the-art technologies for sustainable development, drawing experts, researchers, and students from diverse disciplines. The workshop featured discussions on a wide range of topics, including advanced robotics, artificial intelligence, sustainable agricultural technologies, the synergy of education with the Sustainable Development Goals, optimizing energy systems, the use of reinforcement learning in aerial networking, and advancements in analytical chemistry using mass spectrometry. One of the key outcomes of this workshop was the decision to create an English-language publication on analytical chemical detection methods, underscoring the practical applications of these advanced technologies in fostering sustainable development.
